If you are looking for a fool-proof and delicious recipe you have reached the spot! This is one of my favorite snacks to have on a hot summer day, and it is so refreshing. You don’t have to measure but if you want a basic recipe see below.
1/2 cup almond milk or cashew milk
3/4 cup strawberries
optional: a scoop of protein powder (this makes it more filling, and turns a simple smoothie into a protein shake!)
Prep ingredients by washing and quartering the strawberries and gathering the milk, banana, and possibly protein powder.
1) Grab your blender and put all the ingredients inside
2) Blend until smooth, adding extra ingredients to taste!
