These are hands down among my top three favorite brownies I’ve ever had. They are chewy, dense, and so chocolatey. You can find the recipe here! The tops have a light crunch to them which is always a plus. I followed the recipe and did not make any changes to it. I skipped the optional chocolate chips and chopped nuts, but they would make a great addition. This pairs extremely well with vegan Snickerdoodle ice cream!
The batter was much thicker than traditional brownie batter, so you will have to smooth it down in the pan.
Feedback on the brownies was great. The only comment was that they were not extremely moist, which can definitely be fixed by underbaking the brownies by 1-2 minutes. I took mine out of the oven when the toothpick came out just a tiny bit chocolate covered, just try what works for you!
